Gas Handling Equipment

The closed loop sampling system serves as customized solution for gas and liquid sampling. These samples can be flammable or hazardous and the closed loop sampling system provides a safe means to sample out these fluids in petroleum refineries, petrochemical complexes and chemical industry.

These sampling systems are designed to handle various fluids such as:

• High pressure gases
• Hot gases
• Hot flashing liquids
• Toxic fluids
• Light and medium distillates

These sampling systems are available in “flow through to vent” and “flow through to process plus vent” configuration. These configurations are customized for individual application and operating parameters.

The gas sampling bombs are used for carrying plant gases from site to the laboratory. These bombs are used while sample collection of liquefied petroleum gases such as propane, butane ethylene and other similar gases. These sample bombs are completely leak-proof and are available in different sizes and capacities. Manufactured using graded stainless steel, these can withstand high pressure.

The pressure regulator is a valve that helps in automatic cut-off of the supply of liquid or gas at certain pressure level. These regulators allow high-pressure fluid supply lines or tanks to be reduced to safe and/or usable pressures for various applications. Gas pressure regulators are used to regulate the gas pressure and are not appropriate for measuring flow rates.
