Gas Chromatograph
CSL Gas Chromatograph System sets the standard for reliable performance in
wide range of applications. Both gas and liquid samples may be analyzed on
this unit. Samples can be introduced via sampling valves or by syringe. A
complete selection of valves for back flush, heart-cut via column switching,
as well as series/by pass operations are available, up to three valves,
manually or pneumatically actuated may be installed. Pneumatically actuated
valves can be remotely operated. A heated valve housing is also available
for high temperature gas/liquid analysis applications. System can be
configured to various detectors such as TCD, FID, PID, ECD, FPD and HID. GC
can be operated at temperatures from ambient to 450°. Temperature
readout is displayed digitally with selector switches provided to set and
read desired temperatures. System can be configured as per customer’s
requirement.

Gas Chromatograph will have the facility of pressure regulator valve /
pneumatics mass flow controller integrators, manual cooling oven.
Operating sensitivity mode (low/ medium/ high). The data system will
have facility of control of instrument conditions, display of
chromatograms, quantification of analysis and storage of analytical
data. CSL-1045 gas chromatograph also having optional facility of
methanizer, manual sampling valve, split/spitless injection port for FID
for dedicated analysis.

Designed keeping the various requirements of our clients in mind, our
Gas Chrometograph (model – 2045) works with precision in its specified
application. The equipment is provided with the facility of pressure
regulator valve, pneumatics mass flow controller integrators and manual
cooling oven. The system can be configured to different types of
detectors, such as – TCD, FID, PID, ECD, FPD and HID. The data system
will have facility of control of instrument conditions, display of
chromatograms, quantification of analysis and storage of analytical data
and the operating sensitivity mode can be low / medium / high.

upgradeable upto 4 detector)
Gas chromatograph with complete automated system with complete control
of all instrument functions from software. GC will have the facility of
TCD protection circuit, oven heat protection, Electronic pressure
controller, advance diagnostics of all instrument parameter, inbuilt
integrators for data acquisition system, fast auto cooling oven,
provision for FPD, PID, HID, ECD etc. Three-injection port facility-two
for packed column one for capillary, gas chromatograph optional
attachments includes headspace sampler, cryogen attachments and
configuration in multidimention steps for any standards such as ASTM or
EPA or IS. Mechanizer for ppm level analysis of CO & CO2, Can be
configured to any ASTM methods.

Ethylene
Ripening System* New
This is the specialized product which consists of CO2 analyzer,
ethylene analyzer with concentration controller, doping ethylene gas
cylinder, regulator along with fully automatic concentration controller
solenoid valves and dispensing pipeline. This fruits or the commodity (raw
or partially ripe) is placed inside a closed chamber where the environment
is controlled from temperature, humidity, ethylene and co2. The ripening
process of fruits is accelerated in this chamber because of ethylene gas
mixt in the chamber. Hence this system expedites ripening of fruits in few
hours rather than weeks. Also the color, taste of the ripened fruits is much
better compared to natural ripening.

CSL gas chromatographs are equipped with build in data processor. The data
processor collects the analog signal from detector and displays the
chromatogram on the Pc’s monitor scree. Peak area / peak height and
retention time is displayed on report. The peak can be integrated
automatically or manually and complete Report can be manipulated locally
from the gas chromatograph as well as from the software Temperature
programming can be done from the software which can incorporate up to 10
temperature with a time span of up 2 hours. All chromatographic controls can
be controlled using the software such as flame on/off, TCD current high /
low etc.
- CSL data processor is a graphical user chromatography application
that permits you to use all the the routine functions required by
cinematographer with a capacity of upto 90 mins. of runtime and peak
processing upto 99 peaks.
- CSL – data processor can be used in either single or dual
channel configurations depending on the requirement. CSL Supply
chromatography interface board or interface, module, required cables
necessary for year application.
- It Processes the collected data using the desired Method files whose
parameters are user selectable. Methods file consists of all report
parameters acquisition parameters entered the user for an application.
- In this user -friendly software, each data channel can be
independently controlled by setting acquisition rates upto (10 Hz) for
the channels and real time display of individual channels.
- Integration of data can be done by either horizontal or vertical
integration as default selection can be modified by 10 different
integration techniques using manual integration.
- Real-time expansion of entire chromatography with zoom effect.
- Calibration can be easily obtained by setting respective calibration
file, with RT window display. Each component calibration can be
performed using user- defined calibration points upto (15) with 4 curve
algorithms.
- Also manual integration helps in getting the desired result making
modification in the acquired chromatogram. IT – re-process the
collected data with change in methods / parameters directly. This helps
to optimize the method parameters by re-process function and optimize
report with the helps of manual base line corrections.
- Also various files can be visually compared with helps of overlaying
function. The function can be used for dedicated analysis as per ASTM
standards.
- Complete control of GC parameters like injection port temperatures,
column, oven temperature, detector temperature, programmed rate etc.
from CSL software.
- Customized tailorormade software solution for any type application or
as per standards or specific requirement of user can be designed at our
