Pressure Regulators  

CSL  regulators has been designed to meet the demand of high purity corrosion resistance product. CSL regulators are available in single and double stage (Brass / S.S.316) and they ensures accurate pressure delivery at all usable pressure of a cylinder. These regulators are recommended for used in applications where high purity delivery of gases in non-corrosive and semi-corrosive environment at a constant outlet pressure is required. Each regulator is available with limited time warranty.

Single Stage Pressure Regulators

In single stage regulator, delivery pressure increases as cylinder pressure decays, because there is less gas pressure exerted on the valve stem. Thus frequent adjustment of the control knob is required to maintain constant delivery pressure.

Double Stage Pressure Regulators

A double-stage regulator, functions similar to two, single-stage regulators in series. Like the single-stage regulator, outlet pressure from the first stage of the two-stage regulator rises as cylinder pressure decreases. However, instead of passing out of the regulator, the gas flows into the second stage where the pressure is moderated. Thus, delivery pressure remains constant even as cylinder pressure decays, eliminating the need for frequent control of knob adjustment.

High Purity Regulators

High purity regulators are designed and constructed to provide diffusion resistance and easy clean-up. Metal diaphragms & High purity seats and seals minimize or eliminate out gassing and inboard diffusion. These regulators are recommended for G.C. applications.

 General Purpose Regulators

General-purpose regulators are designed for economy and longevity. They are recommended for non-corrosive general plants, pilot plant and maintenance shop applications where diffusion resistance is not required. 

Special Service Regulators

Special Service Regulators are specifically constructed for special applications including Oxygen, Acetylene and Fluorine Service, High Pressure, Ultra High Pressure and Corrosion Service.
