High Sensitivity Gas Chromatograph
CSL
has developed high sensitive low cost gas chromatograph system tailor made for
customers specifications.
These
Gas Chromatograph sets the standard for reliable performance in wide range of
applications. Both gas liquid samples may be analyzed on this unit .Gas samples
can be introduced via liquid sampling valves. A complete selection of valves for
back flush, heart-cut via column switching, as well as series/by pass operations
are available, up to three valves, manually or pneumatically actuated may be
installed. A heated
valve housing is also available for high temperature gas/liquid analysis
applications.

GC can be operated at temperatures from ambient to 350°. Temperature controls for injection ports, column oven, and detectors are solid state proportioning type . Temperature readout is displayed digitally.

has a wide linear range which allows analysis of widely differing sample
concentrations with sensitivity of 1 ppm CH4.
Other detectors such as ECD, FPD, Photo Ionization, Helium Ionization are also available.
Data Integration Software
CSL gas chromatographs are equipped with build in data processor. The data processor collects the analog signal from detector and displays the chromatogram on the PC’s monitor screen. Peak area/peak height and retention time is displayed on report. The peak can be integrated automatically or manually and complete Report can be generated giving the analysis after comparing it with the standards. All the temperature Controls can be manipulated locally from the gas chromatographs as well has from the software. Temperature Programming can be done from the software which can incorporate up to 10 temperature programs with a time span of up to 2 hours. All chromatographic controls can be controlled using the software such as FLAME ON/OFF, TCD CURRENT HIGH / LOW etc,
