Specialty Gas Mixtures
CSL prepares certified calibration standards volumetrically as well as gravimetrically. Gravimetrically prepared mixtures are of very high accuracy, all the components are weighted using N.P.L.(National Physical Laboratory) certified weights and weighted with precession balance which has the accuracy up to 0.01 Grams. These mixtures prepared can have two, three or more components sometimes up to 10 to 35 (R.G.Mixtures) for various calibration, process control and pollution monitoring applications.
Each gas mixture is analyzed by instrumental and/or wet chemical methods and certification is given for composition.

Since
the Vapour Pressure of many Hydrocarbons are very low, the mixtures of the same
remain homogeneous at a low filling pressure.
CSL offers its expertise to design the composition of gas mixtures at
maximum possible pressure.

Control Gas Mixtures
Awareness of the pollution in the atmosphere leads to the urge to control the same. The environment pollution monitoring instruments very often require low level calibration gas mixtures and high purity gases. Listed below are some of the gases used in pollution control programs within the Automotive, Power Generation and Chemical Industry.
